I called to see if they did tv repairs and the girl immediately said no when their website says We do in home and shop repairs on all the appliances that we sell and most other brands, as well as warranty work. very frustrating now I have to get someone else from the city to help me instead of a closer distance to my house
Please not our website stated that we repair appliances, televisions do not fall under that category. We have updated the website to clarify this. As we are human and do make mistakes, it was unfortunate that the part was not left out for the customer. We had also offered to deliver the part directly to the customers home, if nothing else could be figured out. As we have not heard back from the customer, we understand that the part was in fact correct.
My grandmother called for a belt for her dryer. She lives over an hour away, and is elderly so we asked if they could put it outside so a friend coming through barrhead can grab it after hours. They forgot, despite grandma talking to her 4 times that day. So their solution was to take the belt to bingo with and give it to a some random person who lives in our town. Pretty unprofessional and incompetent. I've got money bet that it's not even the right belt.
