Great gym, pretty expensive though. Closed on weekends and limited hours during the week.

The gym has all the equipment you need for a decent workout, a massage therapist works regularly out of the facility, and you can purchase protein shakes and bars from the front desk.However, they don't offer any classes, and I was very dissappointed with the service I received when I was transferred to Edmonton: I had prepaid for 1 year and I had to relocate with over 3 months left on my membership, so I spoke with the front desk staff about a refund; this staff member took my phone number for management to follow up. I didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks, then I received an email saying that the manager had read my note and that she would get back to me. The next email I received offered me $10, which is very shy of the amount I had paid for the three months I had left. I replied to provide my phone number (again), and I asked that I be called to discuss a decent refund. Instead, I received another email and I won't be receiving any reimbursement.Given my experience, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
