We contacted just go travel several times this summer to try to book a family trip to Mexico in the fall. After the first contact it took several weeks for a reply. I phoned and emailed the agency (Tracey Duncan) on August 21st stating I wanted to book the trip asap. It is September 6th and I STILL have not heard anything from them. We booked through another travel agent in whitecourt who was extremely helpful. I would STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere for your travel needs.
